Financial Literacy Workshops

ABOUT

Programme

It is important for children to understand the importance of making the correct financial decisions early on in life. As a parent and a key influencer in your child’s life, you can equip yourself with simple, practical and age-appropriate strategies to guide your child through their finances.

While the parents are involved in their workshop session, children will be attending a financial literacy workshop catered to them, which will help them cultivate effective financial habits. After the workshop, children will have a greater understanding of personal budgeting and conscious spending decisions.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Importance of financial literacy & money-management skills
  2. Knowledge of personal budgeting
  3. Understanding the differentiation between ‘needs’ and ‘wants’
  4. Understanding and applying personal financial planning by:
