Project Give runs from 31 October to 7 November this year. Collection Centres will be set up at SINDA premises and Campbell Lane. Cash donations will be channelled towards SINDA bursary fund for children from low-income families while donations in kind will be distributed to needy families. This year, bursaries worth $550,000 have been disbursed to more than 1,700 students.

Project Give continues its tradition of providing food hampers to low-income families who benefit from SINDA’s programmes. Local celebrities and SINDA volunteers will visit many of these families to deliver hampers and bring the festive cheer to their homes. These families will also share their thoughts, challenges and aspirations during radio interviews on Oli 96.8.

More than 2,000 people from all walks of life as well as organisations came forward to donate in cash and kind last year. SINDA is confident the community will come together in the act of giving and spreading joy, this year as well.
