Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) is located in the city of Beppu, Oita Prefacture, Japan. APU is offering scholarships for students who would like to do their undergraduate programme.

Aim:

The aim of these scholarships is to contribute to the development of graduates with the skills to contribute to the “future shape of the Asia Pacific Region” and to promote a multi cultural approach to education.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents of Indian origin
  • Applicants must meet the entry requirements for the selected undergraduate programme
  • GCE ‘A’ Level Graduate
  • Polytechnic Graduate

Successful Candidates:

  • The scholarship will be awarded to successful candidates each year they study at APU (within the minimum credits required to graduate with the standard time period)
  • * Continuation of the scholarships for subsequent semester will depend on satisfactory performance in the former semesters grades
  • Successful candidates have to pay an admission fee of 130,000 yen (*approximately S$2,005)
