STEP Awards
Our STEP Awards recognizes significant improvements of STEP pupils at landmark exams. The awards ceremony aims to inspire pupils to strive for better grades and drive them further in their pursuit of academic excellence. [ 5 top ]

Reading Programme
We have a volunteer driven reading programme for our P1 - P3 students who are weak in English. This 1hr reading programme is conducted once a week at selected STEP centres. [ 5 top ]

Enrichment Workshops
We conduct enrichment workshops at our STEP centres. These workshops equip our students with study skills, time and stress management techniques. [ 5 top ]

Women Empowerment Programme
We have a special programme for Indian mothers or housewives with little or no knowledge in English. Our objective is to teach English to Indian women who do not have any basic knowledge in written or spoken English. Classes are offered at selected STEP Centres. This 1 hour programme is conducted by volunteers.

Prize Presentation
Prize Presentations are conducted at STEP centres to recognise students who have performed well for our centre examinations. [ 5 top ]

Parent Support Groups
Parents too play an important part in STEP. We encourage parent support groups at our Centres and organise enrichment programmes to meet the needs of our students. Dialogue sessions are held regularly between parents, teachers and SINDA officials to seek ideas on how we can further improve the programme.
