SINDA Young Leaders Programme (SYLP)

This annual program aims to empower aspiring Indian youths to excel in community building, service and leadership. Selected applicants from various institutions will engage in a 6-month intensive program to build on their strengths and passion to serve the community. Apart from local projects, participants will also embark on an overseas project to further endow their aspiration of youth leaders. At the end of the program, successful participants will graduate as ambassadors of the SYLP who continue to contribute in the local community.

SINDA Youth Leaders Seminar (SYLS)

The purpose of SYLS is to develop the knowledge, skills, and understanding youth need to become effective leaders within culturally diverse communities. It provides opportunities for participants to apply knowledge, skills, and understanding through meaningful services to the Indian community. The concept of leadership and appreciation of cultural diversity will be inculcated. The SYLS provide participants with a process for examining pertinent issues facing the Indian community at large and knowledge of those issues.

Distinguished Speaker Series (DSS)

This is an annual event, catered particularly for tertiary students and young working professionals to engage and network with distinguished professionals in the community. Ministers, former Member of Parliament, Chairpersons of successful Multinational Corporations (MNCs) and other eminent professionals and leaders who have excelled in their careers and service to the community and nation will chair this session. Participants will get a rare opportunity to rub shoulders with notable characters and take home a rejuvenated cite to achieve their aspiration.
