Coding for Pre-schoolers


ABOUT

STEP Programme


Pre-schoolers will get a head-start in the world of technology as they create their very own codes in a fun and interactive way. They will learn to code and enhance their skills in structured thinking and creativity, which are integral skills for assimilating mathematical and scientific concepts.

 

Learning Objectives

  • Learn the concept of coding
  • Learn fundamental coding techniques
  • Develop a sense of achievement

 

Note:

It is mandatory for one parent to present with the child for this programme as this programme is designed for both the parent and the child to participate together. While guiding their child through the workshop, parents can pick up some coding skills as well.

 

Tools:

  • Desktop or laptop computer (1 student:1 computer)
  • WiFi required
  • The free Tynker online program (student logins will be created for you)

Eligibility


Open to all Indian pre-schoolers aged 4 to 6-year-olds who are Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Limited slots are available! Registration will be on a first come first serve basis!
Per Capita Income: $1000 & below
