Understanding Early Childhood: Father’s Role in Parenting

ABOUT

Programme

Research shows that a father plays an important role in the self-esteem of children. They are the role-models for their children as they mature into adolescents and young adults. Research shows that there are many archetypes of fathers. They have to be aware of this so that they can play the role they are naturally gifted to do.

In this talk, parents will learn:

  • The father as a role model for children
  • The father in the growth and development of children
  • The role of a father – communication of life skills & principles
  • Work/life balance and maximising your moments with children
