As parents, taking care of your personal mental well-being and setting time aside for self-care might often slip to the bottom of your priority list. However, taking care of yourself is not a luxury and more of an essential.

In this session, you will learn the following:

  • Quality of life and the importance of mental well-being
  • Psychological issues faced by children, frequent stressors and mental pressures
  • The importance of self-care
  • Prioritise healthy choices
  • To be realistic
  • To set boundaries
  • Reconnecting with things you enjoy
