Halloween Face Painting Workshop is a 3 hrs workshop which teaches the youths the art of face painting and how to create the face paint on oneself according to the Halloween theme.

Fees for this programme will be fully subsidised.
Open to all Indian youth aged 13-25 who are Singaporeans or Permanent Residents.
