RightSave
The RightSave scheme supports low-income and deserving families with children 0 to 6 years old. This scheme encourages parents to open Child Development Account (CDA). Funds credited in the CDA can be used for pre-school fee payment, child’s healthcare needs etc. For more details on CDA: (https://www.babybonus.msf.gov.sg/Pages/AboutUs.aspx)
RightSave scheme is a one-time credit of $1,500 into the child’s CDA account per annum
Eligibility Criteria
Eligible child must be:
- an Indian Singaporean
- 0 to 6 years old in 2026 (based on year of birth)
- from a household with nett monthly per capita income (PCI) of ≤ $1,600
Mandatory Documents
Please ensure you have submitted your RightSave Application with the required supporting documents:
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- NRIC of parent and NRIC / BC of all household members
- Latest 3 months' payslips or 6 months' CPF contribution history statements for all adult household members (including non-working adults)
- CDA Bank Account statement bearing the child’s name, bank logo and bank account number
Only completed and approved applications received before the 10th of each month will receive the payout in the following month.
