Create. Express. Breathe.

Looking for a fun, stress-free way to unwind and express yourself? Join us for a two-day art experience designed especially for youths—where creativity meets mental well-being.

This hands-on programme is all about switching off from pressure, connecting with your emotions, and using art as a safe space to relax, reflect, and recharge. No art experience needed—just come as you are.

Day 1 – Tile Painting Slow down and get creative in a mindful painting session. Explore colours, patterns, and personal expression while enjoying a calm, supportive space to reflect and reset. It’s about the process, not perfection.

Day 2 – Splat Painting Ready to let loose? This high-energy session invites you to throw away rules, get messy, and release stress through bold, free, expressive painting. Laugh, move, and create without holding back.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, curious about art, or just want to try something different with friends, this experience gives you the freedom to express yourself and take care of your mental well-being—one brushstroke at a time.

Join us to create, de-stress, and have fun!
