Conversations that Inspire. Voices that Lead.

Forget traditional panels and one-way sharing — the Let Her Shine! (LHS!) ShineSpire Conversation 2026 is a bold and immersive experience built around continuous, real conversations that matter.

This year’s theme, “Break the Script. Own Your Voice.” - brings together youths and working adults in an engaging structured conversation experience exploring identity, expectations, confidence, and self-advocacy through honest dialogue and diverse perspectives, including female and male youths openly unpacking the pressures, stereotypes, and expectations shaping young people today.

Highlights include:

  • A powerful opening conversation on fear, expectations, identity, and the internal barriers shaping young women’s choices
  • A dynamic youth exchange where female and male youths openly discuss the realities and challenges youths face today
  • Inspiring women speakers sharing relatable lived experiences and perspectives throughout the event
  • An empowering closing segment on self-advocacy, confidence, and turning awareness into action If you’ve ever questioned yourself, felt pressured to fit expectations, or struggled to speak up - this conversation is for you.

Please register by 27 May 2026. Seats are limited!
