Corporate Communications Intern – Corporate & Marketing Communications Division

[Tenure: 3 – 6 Months]

Job Description:

SINDA is inviting a motivated individual to join us as a Corporate Communications Intern, supporting internal and external communications through planning, execution, and administrative support to help deliver key messages consistently across channels.

Responsibilities:

Communications

  • Provide support in the coordination of Public Relation and communications campaigns.
  • Assist with drafting speeches and communication materials to help convey key messages clearly.

 Content Writing

  • Support the drafting of content for print and digital platforms.
  • Assist in working with influencers to help communicate key messages.
  • Help produce or coordinate the creation of communication collaterals.

News Media Management

  • Assist with the tracking of media mentions and related news on a regular basis.
  • Support the preparation of media management materials.
  • Help coordinate with media personnel during events.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with news outlets.

 Publications

  • Support the preparation of newsletters, annual reports, and other organisational publications.
  • Assist in planning integrated, multi‑platform campaigns.

 Requirements:

  • Demonstrates a good understanding of local communication platforms.
  • Shows the ability to apply analytical thinking in tasks and projects.
  • Possesses strong writing skills, with good grammar and attention to detail.
  • Exhibits good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Shows good time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Has intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) will be an advantage.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
