Cosy Chats and Connections for Baby and You!
REGISTER NOW

Becoming a mum is one of life’s biggest transitions and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

This 3-session series is designed to help you understand your baby, track their growth with confidence, and care for yourself through the changes of early motherhood. Each session blends expert guidance (from doctors, paediatric physiotherapist, women’s health physiotherapist) with hands-on learning and time to connect with fellow parents.

You’ll leave with practical tools, clearer answers to your questions, and a supportive community that understands what you’re going through. Research shows that when mums connect with peers and access trusted information, they feel less isolated, more confident, and better equipped to handle the ups and downs of early parenthood.

This series is designed to help you:

  • Learn from professionals and from each other
  • Build your awareness of baby’s cues, growth, and your own needs
  • Create a safe space to talk openly about motherhood and strengthen your confidence as you navigate feeding, sleep, milestones, and self-care.
