AGM FAQs

Please read these Frequently Asked Questions

 

  1. How do I register for AGM?
    Step 1: Click on the “Register for AGM” button on the SINDA AGM microsite.
    Step 2: Fill in the required information.
    Step 3: Click the checkbox after reading the Important Note and click the “Submit” button.
    Step 4: The ‘Acknowledgement of Submission’ will be sent to your registered email upon successful submission.

 

 

  1. What information do I need to provide to register?
    You will need to provide the following information:
    • Your full name as per your NRIC
    • Last 4 alphanumeric characters of your NRIC
    • Contact number, in case we need to get in touch with you
    • Email address to receive your registration confirmation email

 

 

  1. Why do I need to provide my partial NRIC details?
    This is required to facilitate membership verification.

 

 

  1. What happens after I register?
    • An automated email will be sent upon successful submission acknowledging your registration.
    • If further verification is required, we will contact you using the details provided in your registration form.

  1. Who can register to participate in the AGM?
    Only SINDA Association members can participate in the meeting. Ordinary members must renew their annual subscription before the AGM to attend.

 

 

  1. How do I send my queries before the AGM?
    If you wish to place an item on the agenda or submit a query, propose an amendment or motion pertaining to the Annual Report or Audited Financial Statements, you may submit it during AGM registration by Wednesday, 13 May 2026.

 

 

  1. How do I send additional queries after registration?
    Members who wish to submit a query subsequent to AGM Registration may do so by emailing corporategovernance@sinda.org.sg by Wednesday, 13 May 2026.

 

 

  1. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
    Yes, our staff will provide necessary assistance where required.
