Executive – Youth (Let Her Shine and SINDA Youth Club)

[Contract Position]

You will plan and coordinate youth leadership and empowerment initiatives in line with the division’s objectives and organisational priorities. You will also effectively manage the operational and administrative matters pertaining to the successful delivery of initiatives that strengthen SINDA’s efforts for Indian women and youth in the areas of leadership development, wellness, empowerment, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement effective and focused programmes to equip youth with resources to be empowered and inspired
  • Serve as one of the liaison officers to coordinate with other organisations, ensure smooth execution of programmes, manage communications and feedback from stakeholders professionally, and lead outreach and engagement initiatives
  • Support youth leadership, women empowerment, wellness, engagement, community building, and servant leadership initiatives in alignment with organisational priorities
  • Coordinate programme operations, logistics, events, volunteer engagement, stakeholder communications, and administrative processes to ensure smooth programme delivery
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with schools, institutes of higher learning, Social Service Agencies, community partners, professionals, volunteers, and stakeholders
  • Support the conceptualisation and implementation of workshops, leadership platforms, community initiatives, and engagement activities
  • Ensure timely and efficient update of documentation and data
  • Evaluate and analyse the effectiveness of the programmes in meeting the needs of the clients and community and to submit periodic reports
  • Identify areas of improvements in these programmes, implements quality control and compliance measures and develop information materials for distribution to stakeholders
  • Plan and implement strategies to build and sustain constructive and positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Keep abreast of current developments and trends, and apply domain knowledge to trends within the social sector
  • Adherence to SOPs, Financial and Procurement guidelines
  • Participate in Divisional and SINDA-wide events when required
  • Any other duties as assigned by HOD

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in any discipline, preferably Psychology, Sociology with 1–2 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, operations, or administration
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and manage diverse groups of stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery and prompt resolution of operational issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Excel dashboards, Power BI, Tableau) will be considered an added advantage
  • Good organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Able to participate in SINDA-wide events, when required
  • Approved Over-time hours will be compensated with time off or off-in lieu in accordance with internal policy
