ERCi – SINDA Sponsorship
The ERC Institute (ERCi) – SINDA Sponsorship is offered to candidates who are interested in pursuing the Foundation Certificate through the Masters programme in the field of business.

* All other courses available are not eligible for the sponsorship.
Note:
- All sponsorships entail 100% Tuition Fee only (excluding the Administrative Fee such as Medical Insurance Fee, Fee Protection Scheme Fees, Application Fee and other miscellaneous fees mentioned in the student contract) for the entire duration of the course.
- The The sponsorship is only tenable for the specific period of study. Should the student decide to withdraw, defer, is dismissed or terminated from their course of study, the sponsorship will be voided, and the student has to re-pay the quantum of the sponsorship.
- Successful applicants are required to sign a student agreement with SINDA. According to the terms of the student agreement, awardees are required to volunteer their time with SINDA and participate in mentoring sessions during the course of study.
Applicant Eligibility
To be considered for a scholarship, you must be:
- Applicant should be a Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident belonging to an Indian sub-ethnic group
- Existing ERCi students are not eligible to apply for this sponsorship
- For applicants applying for their first Master's and below, applicants must not possess an equivalent level of qualification.
- Must meet the minimum academic requirements for a course of study as stipulated by ERCi.
- Must not hold any other scholarships or other awards.
- Applicant must obtain the letter of offer/contract package from ERCi before application.
- Applicant must submit an essay on the reason for the sponsorship application
- 250 words (for Foundation Certificate & Advanced Diploma sponsorship applications)
- 350 words (for Bachelor's & Master’s Degree sponsorship applications)
Application Process
- Please connect with the ERCi personnel, Ms Jenny: jenny.yeung@erci.edu.sg, to enquire more about the courses under the sponsorship scheme.
- Please ensure you upload all the supporting documents to your online SINDA Scholarship application.
- You are required to apply for the sponsorship 2 months before the course commencement.
- Application Processing Time: Approximately 3 – 4 weeks

- Essay on why you have decided to pursue the selected course of study, and the need for sponsorship
- 250 words (for Foundation Certificate & Advanced Diploma sponsorship applications)

- Career aspirations / Future plans to work in a related field
- Work / Internship experience
- CCA / Volunteering achievements
- Copies of Relevant Certificates and Testimonials (e.g. GCE ‘N’ Level, GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, Co-Curricular Activity records, Leadership/ Volunteer experience, etc.)
- Recent Photograph
- NRIC of Applicant
- Other supporting documents of the applicant
Applications without all the supporting documents will not be processed.
