Session 1: Breaking Barriers, Embracing Change

Being a single mother comes with unique responsibilities and challenges that can often impact emotional and mental well-being. Join us for Breaking Barriers, Embracing Change, a meaningful and empowering programme designed to support single mothers in prioritising their mental wellness and personal growth.

Through insightful discussions and practical strategies, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of mental well-being, learn healthy self-care practices, and discover ways to build resilience in the face of everyday challenges. The programme also encourages participants to strengthen their support networks and embrace mental wellness openly and confidently, free from stigma.

Mothers will learn to:

  • Recognise the importance of mental and emotional well-being
  • Practise self-care strategies to manage stress and prevent burnout
  • Build resilience and develop positive coping mechanisms
  • Strengthen support networks and meaningful connections
  • Embrace mental wellness with confidence and without stigma

Take this opportunity to invest in yourself, connect with fellow mothers, and embark on a journey towards greater well-being and empowerment.

Session 2: The Art of Saying No

Saying no can be challenging, especially when we fear disappointing others or damaging relationships. Yet, setting healthy boundaries is essential for managing stress, maintaining productivity, and preventing burnout.

Join this insightful session to learn practical strategies for saying no with confidence and professionalism. Participants will discover how to communicate boundaries effectively, manage feelings of guilt, and maintain positive relationships while prioritising their well-being and commitments.

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

  • Recognise situations where saying no is necessary to protect your priorities
  • Communicate boundaries clearly and respectfully
  • Handle pushback or difficult conversations with confidence
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships while being assertive
  • Prioritise your workload and personal well-being more effectively

Join us to build the confidence and skills needed to say no when it matters so you can say yes to what truly counts.

Session 3: Pause & Recharge

Being a mother is a full-time act of love, strength, and resilience and sometimes, a pause is exactly what you need to keep going. Join us for a specially curated workshop designed to take a well-deserved break, reconnect with themselves, and enjoy a moment of calm in a supportive space.

In this hands-on session, participants will create their own coffee body scrub, known for its natural exfoliating and rejuvenating benefits. More than just a DIY activity, this workshop is an opportunity to slow down, engage your senses, and embrace self-care in a meaningful way.

What to expect:

  • A guided coffee scrub-making experience
  • Relaxing, sensory engagement to ease stress
  • A safe and welcoming environment to connect with others
  • Tips on incorporating simple self-care into daily routines

Come as you are, and leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and reminded that caring for yourself is just as important.
