The SINDA Bursary supports eligible students with education-related financial assistance.
This Bursary will be disbursed from the month of application approval until June 2027.
- SINDA Bursary [Primary]: $110/month
- SINDA Bursary [Secondary]: $145/month
Parenting Workshop
Parents/Guardians who attend at least two designated SINDA Parenting Workshops from January 2027 to June 2027 will be eligible for disbursements for their children who are recipients of the 2027 SINDA Bursary from July 2027 to November 2027.
- Indian Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
- Studying full-time in a Government or Government-aided school at the primary and secondary level.
- Per Capita Nett Household income (PCI) of $1,600 per month or less.
- PCI = Total Nett household income divided by the number of people in the household.
Please ensure you have submitted your online SINDA Bursary Application with the required supporting documents:
- Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
- Copy of Student’s Bank Account Details (Passbook or Bank Statement)
- Latest 3 months payslips for all working household members in the same house address
- Latest 6 months CPF Contribution for non-working adults in the same house address
- If divorced/separated: Divorce certificate or any legal documents as proof
- If deceased household members: Death certificate
- P6 students progressing to Sec 1: Secondary School Posting SMS from MOE
- Applications submitted with the Secondary School Posting Document by 12 January 2027 will be considered for the January 2027 payout
- Sec 4 students progressing to Sec 5: Proof of Enrolment in the Secondary School in 2027
Note: This form will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
Only completed applications with accurate supporting documents received by the 30th of November 2026 will be processed for the January 2027’s payout.
